Here are the latest gorgeous creations made by our wonderful customers.  A big thank you to all of you who are kind enough to share what you have made.  We really appreciate your custom and generosity in allowing us to swoon over your creations...

We begin with Ann, one of our very talented customers who created this dress for her daughter using our Sewaholic Cambie Dress Pattern.  Her daughter is thrilled with the dress and I can see why – it is rather gorgeous!

This is Christina’s wonderful cushion – what a fabulous eye popping colour, and she used our 57mm lace to trim the cushion with.   Any sofa or bed would look great with these o

Now here is something I have never seen before from the lovely Lauren.  Again using the same 57mm lace for a completely different project – nail art!  You can check out Lauren’s Instagram page here #softlysophisticated

Barbara has discovered her passion for making cards and she shares her creations on her website here…  Ms Sticky Note.  Barbara used our box pleat and our elasticated organza trims to make these lovely cards…

I hope you have enjoyed this little journey into our latest customer creations, and I hope it inspires you to create a little bit each day…

Wedding Wonders…

Here are some of our gorgeous customer creations with a wedding theme.

Thanks to all who shared their fabulous work.

We start with stationery; we have a Save the Date Card, then some fabulous invitations.  We move on to table decorations, a flower bouquet, cake and to complete the wedding outfit - a garter!

Nicola sent photos of her super cute and gorgeous ‘Save the Date’ cards made using our 25mm ivory lace in preparation for her marriage to Robert next year.

Samantha used our very tiny 10mm lace to create her wedding invitation, which looks both delicate and stunning!

More invites now with Anne & James who shared there own simply beautiful handmade invites using our 57mm lace and the addition of the deep red trim brings the whole wedding theme colour together.

Debbie used our 25mm ivory lace to creative the most gorgeous votives for her wedding tables - they look so beautiful!

Here is an exquisite bouquet of peony roses all tied up with our 38mm lace.  This gorgeous arrangement was put together for a bride’s big day by Helen from Croppers in Bloom

Fi from Elegant Favours shared her gorgeous table decorations with us.  She used our pink and ivory 38mm delicate lace to create them and they look absolutely stunning!

No wedding would be complete without a cake.  Tracey made hers and it looks superb!  She used our 15mm Crochet Lace to add texture and detail and I think it works really well - even better considering it was her first ever attempt at making a wedding cake!

Thanks to Gosia who used our 57mm lace to make a gorgeous garter.  She is an incredible artist and you can see more of her work here…  My Colourful Texture

Customer Creations Part II…

Well, I am ashamed to say that it has been quite a while since I last uploaded to the blog.  I can only apologise for the absence – sometimes life just gets in the way and before you know it time has moved on.  So, swiftly moving on myself…

It seems in my absence a lot of my lovely customers have been busy themselves and they were kind enough to share (and allow me to share) their gorgeous creations with you.  So, without further ado, and in no particular order…

A very lovely lady called Janet sent me photos of her gorgeous quilt made with our Rachel Ashwell fabrics.  What a stunning quilt from a very talented quilter...

I don’t just have one quilt to share – I have two!  Gill sent me a photo of an adorable baby girl quilt, which was made in Aberdeen by her Mum Betty using our cute Elephant Paradefabric.  What a fabulous job Betty has done – just beautiful…

Here is our gorgeous box pleat trim being used in a stocking made by the very talented Jackie.  She also makes the transfers for these gorgeous stockings too!  Jackie has a blog which you can visit here… thebarristershorse

How is this for a gorgeous garment made in Holland by the lovely Jorita using our batik fabric.  Beautiful…

A touch of card making now by Sue who has shared her gorgeous card in which she uses some of our lace and trims – soooo cute!

Wedding Wonders…

Starting with invitations – Katie & Michael used our 57mm lace to make these stunning invitations for their wedding – here’s wishing them a very wonderful life together…

Jo’s delightful wedding cake made especially for her cousin.  Jo used our 50mm Guipure Lace and it looks stunning used with the burgundy satin ribbon.  You can check out Jo’s blog here... JoBakesCakes

Caroline has been making divine place settings for guests at here daughter’s wedding using our tulle lace.  Simple but beautiful…

The lovely Emma sent me photos of the jam jars that she has ‘laced up’ for her wedding.  She used our 75mm border lace for the jar at the front and it looks so pretty – Congratulations Emma and best wishes to you both in the future…

And how about a wedding anniversary treat?  Here is a gorgeous cake made by Christine for a 50th wedding anniversary using our daisy guipure

And last, but by no means least.  What do you get the bride that has everything?  I think Ronette has the answer – a beautiful hanger for her wedding gown.  Aren’t these hangers exquisite, and of course they are topped off with our lovely crochet lace.  You can find Ronette’s hangers here… The Bridal Hanger
