Customer Creations…

As I lovingly wrap the fabrics, laces, ribbons and trims I often wonder what happens to them once they reach their destination. 

I would like to share with you now some photos of amazing things that people have created using items from our store. Thank you so much to all of you for allowing me to share your work – you truly are incredibly creative. 

So, in no particular order…

To start us off…  Shelley Gane took our 50mm black guipure, organza black loop and 57mm floral lace and made this amazing creation (with the help of a few more ingredients of course). Who’d have thought cake could look so good… You can find Shelley’s creations here…  Shelley's Scrumptious Cakes

Moving on to a gorgeous delight from Allison Daisy Chain.  This is definitely bunting with a creative twist, made from beautiful Tilda fabric with a very cute hand crochet edge and crochet flowers too!  You can see more of Allison’s creations here… Allison Daisy Chain     

Next a wonderful treat from Amber McLaren.  Amber used our gorgeous organza black box pleat trim to finish off this corset she made.  You can now own your own corset by Amber here…  31 muffins

The very lovely Carole shared her clever use of our Tanya Whelan Fabrics…  This is seating anyone would be proud to have in their room!

What a really great idea from the very creative Dilem.  Her wedding vases look absolutely beautiful wrapped in our 57mm floral lace

Joyce makes cards – Great Cards!  Just look at what she has done with our 35mm guipure lace simply stunning.  Not only has she used the lace on a card, but she has cut up the lace to make a flower motif too!  You can find Joyce’s blog here…  Crafty Quills  

This next photo is all about travelling in style!  The very lovely Debby H got in touch to share a photo of her gorgeous toddler sling made using our fabric.  The baby carrier is custom made by Wendy at  Softai

To finish off this post the very talented Jocelyn Cosgrove sent us this photo of an amazing dress that she made.  She finished it off with our 90mm white guipure lace and I honestly think this guipure was made for this dress!  Check this out…

Happy Valentine's Day...

Happy Valentine's Day to all of our readers.  Today is also our one year anniversary!

This time last year we started our blog, and our business, and what a year it has been.  Lots of exciting things coming up in the next year so more on that soon.

Last year we wished you a Happy Valentine's Day with a heart shaped potato we found.   This year we were going to post a photo of a lovely (and very tasty) cupcake but didn't remember to take a photo before we ate them… oops!  So here is some gorgeous heart fabric instead - not quite a chocolate cupcake but just as pretty.
